All Maia wanted was to see her parents again, but that would never happen. 

   Two years ago, Tiffany and Richard Lyson had gone missing and left a grief-stricken fifteen-year-old daughter, an immense fortune, and a global company that had nearly burned to ashes in their wake. 

    Now, Maia manages her parent's business, battles with her vivid trauma and a faceless stalker and struggles to right her twisted life that hangs in shambles. Maia wants three things, even though one of them she knows is impossible: to have a normal life free of the stifling media, see her parents, and do something with her life. 

       But as Maia pretends to be fine and over her parent's suspicious disappearance, she finds herself waist-deep in hidden society riddled with secrets and lies that are the only strands holding it together. Nerveless, even with the weight of nearly everything resting on her shoulders, she discovers a bond that not even she can resist, however hard she might try.


My parts are similar to that of a paper nov, and so many chapters are in a single part. They'll be about nine or more in one part, so don't think it's like a super short story!All Rights Reserved
