Jake is your average teenager... well almost.
Jake was born as a little girl named Jade. He has been accepted by his parents and siblings as female to male transgender. His family have moved to a new town in order to give him a fresh start as a boy called Jake. No one at his new school knows, apart from the school nurse and a limited number of teachers. How long will it take for others to find out?
