Marisol Hernandez is a flower, blooming from her roots and blossoming into her teenage years. She always seems to have arguments with her father, her being the only one who truly cares about him. Her mother had given up on him, and is constantly reminding Marisol that he is a good-for-nothing man and should just forget about him. Being the only religious daughter in the family, Marisol looks for God's help and wisdom, as she tries to hide a ancient secret in which threatens to be revealed. Is Marisol the person she really thinks she is? Or is she just the person everyone wants her to be? Follow her on her journey, as she goes through situations that not only changes the world around her, but changes herself.

When both Rayaan and Sophia's parents finally agree to their decision of living on their own its like a dream come true for both of them. They end up getting their own apartment and along the way they find and learn so much about what life and love both mean and the good and the bad in everything around them. Trouble seems to follow them a lot but somehow they feel somewhat safe with their mysterious block neighbors Michael and Ethan. Is this the beginning of a spark for them? Is it really love? or is it something else. Not everything is what it seems to be.
