Set fire to the sea? He can do that too. Literally. In short, he just may be the most powerful Epic you'll ever meet.
Apparently, he's supposed to rise up and fight some dude with his powers but it seems like a lot of work put on top of the fact that he can't remember anything about his infancy. Besides, why bother saving the world? It seems like fate gave him his abilities just so he could destroy it.
