There's the jocks, the nerds, the preps, the emos, and the normal people. That's on the surface. However, the real deal comes at the beginning of the year, when a whole generation continues the tradition and plays "The Game", in which you have to find a card, and the higher the number on it, the less likely you are to get turned into prey for others. The power and hierarchy are given to the highest numbers and there can only be one King and one Queen who will rule that year. But then, in this school, there's that one group that does what they want.
They go around, fighting with whoever they see fit and letting preppy girls swoon over their unruly hair and careless attitude. They keep the status quo and solve problems inside the year and the castes, trying to keep everything under what is considered "normal" for their small society.
But when Emma Thorne crosses path with this group, her world will change: Cliches here and there that she only ever saw in movies as a little girl, these four guys will change her in every single way she could've never imagined.
Rules? What rules?
The Bad Boy Squad needs none of those.
