Ashlyn didn't have a choice, none of them did. They were born into this world, no matter how hard they tried to escape. Ashlyn never wanted to hunt the vampires, as long as they stayed away from her she was fine with their existence.
But she couldn't help the fact that for generations it had been the Gray family that had ran this place, that no matter how safe she could feel, they (or rather he) was always watching.

In this story of terror, unrequited love and drama, we see the horror that lies behind the doors of the Gray household, what really goes on behind the famous dark gray eyes of this clan. And of course, exactly what they are going to do to save Ashlyn from him (if they can).
