Blaire is amazed by tattoos because they tell a story, just like all of her tattoos tell a story. She bumps into a boy named Dylan and all she sees are tattoos. She thinks people like him get tattoos all over just to get them, but later on she wonders, what story do Dylan's tattoos tell.
