I was currently crying myself asleep after my mom had beaten me again due to her being drunk....like always. You see my mom wasn't always like this she used to be the perfect wife and mother but now after dad died she lost her job, stays drunk, and beats me. And so we can keep our house I have to get a part time job while I'm not at school and the only reason I'm still in school is because my mom says that I have to get a scholarship so I can make her more money instead of the crap I make now, or so as she puts it. It doesn't really bother me though beacause as soon as I turn eighteen in two years I will be gone and off to colledge leaving my mom behind, but until then I will have to endure this pain alone.
