Alexandria Maria Lopez, the school's 'bad girl' was once part of the 'popular kids' until things at home got bad and she got involved with the wrong crowd. Ryan Peter Robins the school's nerd, although academically excelled was not by any means necessary a nerd. The two have never spoken but know of each other, that changes when one day in the hall after school they bump into each other. Alex despising Ryan because of his popularity, and Ryan being mystified by Alex's beauty say nothing to each other but a quiet muttered 'sorry.' Once again running into each other more frequently they find themselves enticed but also worried by the other.
