My name is audrey. These are journal entries of some sort of my personal thoughts and feelings. I'm pretty sure a lot of you can relate or agree to a lot of things I've felt or thought. I'm just a teenager trying to live life and express myself through things I love, and writing is one of the many ways. What's cool about this book is you can read any entry in any order, so give each at least more than one chapter a read or two. And yes, most of this is completely true. Much love xx

This book opens many more things that you were unable to notice or think of or noticed but didn't show it enough importance to it and she also takes about how she overcame suicidal thoughts and how she found help and how she knew that talking about your problems will help relieve stress, and the weight on your shoulders that seem to never seems to leave you.
