There's just something about traveling at night. It's calming in a way. You can relax after a long day and just see the road stretch out before you. There are so many possibilities. It's enough to make you feel invincible, brave, even. It might just make you do something you've never done before.~



(This is a super old Naley One Tree Hill fanfic of mine. It's a short (oneshot) story. Takes place while the character's are still in highschool. Around the time when Haley is tutoring Nathan.)

But when she gets home, she goes to her favorite website and chats with people who love her. Who don't despise her. But, everything changes when a stranger starts to chat with her. He compliments her, makes her feel bubbly. She feels like he loves her, and she loves him. Then things get a little weird when he asks her personal questions. Not thinking twice, she answers all of them. Cathy feels guilty afterward, and never wants to talk to him again. But he wants to meet her. Little did she know his visit will be soon and blood curdling.
