Ivy and the Isle in the Sky

Eleven-year-old Ivy has three annoying older brothers, a lazy father, and a mother who left them all over a year ago. No one has heard from her since, but Ivy has found a clue to her mother's whereabouts in the form of a mysterious locket that she cannot open.

Deciding that her mother is never coming back, Ivy sets out on a quest to find her. What was supposed to be a simple search, however, quickly turns into a life-or-death battle that will take Ivy to the very fringe of the world she knows, and into the heart of one she does not.
