Amanda Cruz got married at the age of 18 because of an arranged marriage in order to save her family's failing company. Was she in love with her husband? Of course she loves him, he was Gabriel Reyes, her long time boyfriend.

Three years later the couple still wasn't blessed with a child of their own, it's not like they haven't tried, but maybe it just wasn't the right time for them to have a baby. One day however, she gets the surprise of her life when a girl about her age appears at their doorstep claiming to be carrying her husband's baby. With Gabriel now acting cold towards her, and having the girl living with them, Amanda now has to make a decision, whether she would still stay with her husband and endure all the pain, or file for divorce and migrate to America to be with her family.
