Eliza Clarke, abducted 2 weeks ago right under the noses of her parents is being held captive by a madman. The Clarkes are growing increasingly worried. The Crimes Against Children Unit of the FBI under the direction of Special Agent Winston Aimes has been tasked with finding her and bringing her back home safely.

A girl’s life on the line

Special Agent Aimes receives a phone call while trying to put together clues to Eliza’s whereabouts. It's a caller from on the FBI hotline. As Aimes listens, the abductor’s message the chills him to the bone.

“I have Eliza and if you don’t give me what I want then in four hours she dies”

A race against the clock

The unknown abductor has four demands one for each our and ultimately Eliza’s safe release. Aimes decides to partner up with Agent Veronika Steele of the Los Angeles Field office. As a young girl’s life hangs in the balance, both must play a fiendish game with a man high on madness who has already proven his disregard of human life.
