Frequent visits to her local hospital result in a unique bond with Nola, a Zimbabwe born nurse, who places Brooke on a programme to help her through her eating disorder and bring her on the road to recovery.

Nola's decision brings new hope to Brooke's life when her mentoring partner is Amelia Wood. A twelve year old cancer patient.
