"Hey there Delilah, what's it like in New York City," he sang. I frowned at him and shook my head. 

"You know I hate that, Louis." 

"Yes, I do, now sing with me!" 

Delilah Godfrey knows that Louis Tomlinson is not real. He couldn't be. She is seventeen years old, but never outgrew her imaginary friend. This affects her shook performance, social standing, and mental state. 

One day, however, Delilah notices that Louis is acting strangely. He never has gotten sick. All of a sudden he's developed a cough, and doesn't seem to be as bright and solid as he usually is to her. So, she begins a small investigation. 

"What is lucid dreaming, Mom?" I asked her, glancing worriedly at the fading Louis. 

"It's when someone is dreaming, and it seems real." 

"What if... It is real? Like, they're walking in the real world. What if they're a real person in a coma or something and only one person could see them?"

She frowned at me. "Then... Well... I'm not sure, why do you ask?"

"Lou is fading."

Louis hated Harry. He was walking around like he was superior, thinking he was so hot and sexy. Well, Louis could see right through it. They had been in a band together for almost two years and Louis avoided him at any cost. What he couldn't avoid on the other hand was how fucking clumsy Harry was. One night Harry tripped on stage and pushed Louis over the edge. While he was unconscious a woman appeared and told him that he had an old soul and that he had lived many lives. She said that she wanted to show him some of those lives to make him realize something. It wasn't like he had anything better to do, being unconscious and all that so he agreed. So he went on some freaky journey in his mind and he couldn't even get away from Harry when he was passed out because every life he had lived included one certain green-eyed boy by his side... He wanted to comfort him, but couldn't take the chance of someone seeing and it putting their relationship through even more. "What's wrong?" Harry whispered, hoping no one would notice. He worried more as he saw the tears well up in Louis' eyes. He could count on one hand the amount of times he's seen louis cry before now. He's always so strong. "Please," Louis whimpered as a tear escaped. Harry was about to ask what he meant, but stopped himself, he knew. "Louis. You know I want to, so much, but I can't. We can't. They'll kill us, we'll loose our jobs. You always say-" "Please," Louis cut him off, touching his arm slightly. The older boy knew exactly what he was doing and how this simple gesture would affect the younger lad. "Please just kiss me."

But what happens when Louis arrives in LA? People know about the rocky start of the boys and they are not as forgiving as Harry, for sure not Harry's mother. It's easy to be together when you are surrounded by people that support you, but are they able to survive the hate they will get in America? Harry's mom ran. She ran every single time her relationships failed. What else could she do? She could get over it. Harry wished she would. He hates having to pack up, leave friends (if he even had time to make any), and go to a new place. When Harry and his mother finally move into a new house and his mother gives him the "this could be the one" speech, yet again, Harry doesn't think it's even worth while to unpack. He just thinks it will be a matter of time before his mom wants to pack up and leave again. He decides to not make friends this time, to not care about anything this time, to just wait. "I am, Harry. I'm real and I'm here!" He said extending his arm towards Harry silently asking him to feel him. "No, no, no! You have said it before, but you are not!" Harry shook his head. Louis broke up with Harry and left both of them in a very dark place. Both of them were half a heart without each other. This is a story of how they found each other again and finally felt at home.
