Ok my mom's partner was a drunk she drank non-stop as soon as I know what the problem this was I decided that my mom is right and we should move it was hard on all of us especially the night that we got all the house fixed up that we spent the night there after my mom got in a physical fight with her partner after two holes in wall mom made it out without a scratch but her purse didn't as it flew out the window I felt alone I felt like I was the only one who understood my feelings so I didn't tell anyone I kept it inside of me which was not good for me I started going to church and wanted to understand the Bible just didn't I didn't understand why I had to study the Lords word but then I heard him he was giving me a purpose in life I listened and I started reading the Bible and came across a verse Matthew chapter 7 verse seven it basically says if you pray he will answer. He is always there and it says it doesn't matter how long u pray he is always there. God works miracles.All Rights Reserved

I'm just lying here in stillness and darkness wondering why. Why did this have to happen to my mom? We have nothing we can't even afford a house. Here I am a 14 year old boy that lives in a shelter home. Mom says one day we'll get out. But I've lost all hope. And I know my mom has no hope either. If she did I wouldn't have to hear her cry herself to sleep at night. I hate seeing her in so much pain. I wish, I could get a job. Maybe since I'm younger and a boy they'll hire me. Who am I kidding? My mom's in her 30's she's not old either. Sometimes the idiots that run this place kick my mom out for the night because she's making too much noise after hours. My mom was crying; is that too hard to understand? I hate this place. Well, tomorrow's our first day apart since summer started. They're forcing me to go to high school. I'm okay with school but I don't want to leave my mom alone in this world. Well, I guess there's a better chance of me getting a job if I'm in high school. You know there's one thing I remember my mom telling me when I was young. "Never frown; you never know who's falling in love with your smile." Words to live by. Let's hope they help me tomorrow.

It seems like just yesterday I was saved. Not knowing what to do next or where I should go. I lost my mom at 11, that's when it started. My dad became a drunk and I was left to take care of my 3-month-old baby sister. Now I'm 23, graduated a few years ago and my sister, now 12, can understand what happened. She never fully understood when I needed someone to and I didn't have many friends that stuck around afterwards. Until I met him. We were friends first, then the feelings got deeper. He asked me to be his girlfriend. He was my first kiss, first date, first real friend, first love, everything. I loved him and I do. I've said it. Now all we do is fight. I don't know why we can't figure things out, but I can't take this fighting. I just want things to go back to the way things were. The way we used to be... Happy, carefree teens that pretended we had the whole world figured out.

No one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. You can learn by reading His Word, the Bible. God will let you understand what He wants you to understand, when He wants you to understand, and how He wants you to understand - He is the only one who really understands you. Are we living in the end of time? Only God knows that, but there are some telling signs in the Bible. The only thing we can really do is love and trust God. Here is how I post my entries - I open the Bible and post what I see, at least about 90% of the time. I really feel that God or the Holy Spirit is directing me. I can't explain some of them. Hey, I am just a normal sinner like everyone else. I need and ask for His forgiveness daily. I feel, if God wants you to, you will read my entries, well, His entries.

I would only get scolded at and maybe my phone seized. But it's not really my fault for wanting a distraction from my messy life. I just couldn't take it anymore,I was tired of thinking of my life I was tired of blaming God for the circumstances before me. Sometimes I feel like a burden and sometimes I wished I was never born. Life is cruel and learning from you mistakes doesn't count anymore. I have been told about how things would be fine by my mates. Encouraging words to keep me going, but it's simply not working. I could feel my mum presence right behind me and dare not move. "Mum I just woke up and was just scrolling through Facebook sorry". I said after waking up from my trance. "You know the rules,no phones at night. Don't make me believe you have a boyfriend. Goodnight and put off that phone. Mum loves you. Goodnight Tress". "Goodnight Mum,sorry for breaking the rules. It won't happen again. I love you too". I smiled at her and watched her leave. I was actually texting my boyfriend.. Thank goodness he didn't call tho. That was really close, didn't want my mum to worry about me....

Tears fell down uncontrollably, and sobs began to echo in the room. If there is someone out there in the universe who can answer my question, why? Suddenly, I heard a voice: "God has a purpose." I saw a woman beside the hospital bed wearing a nurse's uniform. Well, I didn't notice her before, but her words made me wonder. God? After all, does God really exist? I was put in silence until she spoke again: "If you're wondering why you're still alive, you are because God has a purpose." As she said those words, I began to see hope. God... God, if you really exist, show me, show me my purpose.
