One day a unknown military force attacked America's east cost on march 20 2013. The war lasted three long years. A 20 year old solider "mason" tells his story about the years he spent in America with war all around. (I plan on making this story a trilogy)

I never believed it would end like this. I was just watching Netflix when the power went out, then before I knew it everyone was screaming, then the school began to shake and fell to the ground. Only three kids in my entire school were spared, four if you count me. I found a group of people heading to the east coast for a boat trip to a supposed safe haven in India. They died of disease days later. I found their bodies by the river. But I guess this is my life now, surviving with a scared boy, a pair of twins and trying to make it to the next day. after the small wars in middle east, third world war begins. war takes a lot of time. countries allowed billionaires to made their private army. people lives hard, with lots of fear. but when will war ends?
Germany to another world
1971 and the vietnam war wages on. Germany and America join forces to fight and stop the spread of communism. Hans Hoffmen jr was drafted into the war. He and his troops fought until they were called back home emendently. For some reason they were not told why they called back so fast. When they came back a new building popped up. Then they were told to guard the unknown building. Then during one of their guarding hundreds of troops came flooding. They were soldiers wearing a roman like armor and weapons. Then the soldiers under Hoffmen command open fire and wipe out. After the incident the building/gate was badly damaged which caused it to close again before that happened a spy and his family were sent in to study the other side. Now in 2018 Colonel Wolf Hoffmen was in Berlin for an important meeting walking past the building which is now called the great gate. Then it happens all over again... Later he was told to take his forces and go through the gate.Complete
