Raiden Pierce is a hopeless bullied 17 year old Musical Prodigy (though she does not know it).
  Then, she gets a scholarship to go to South Side High School in NY for their amazing Music Program.
She gladly accepts but still feels cruel for leaving her Mom alone with her younger brother, Jace.
When she arrives she soon realizes she'll have to choose between her dream or her sickly Mother.
