"Hello," I said politely.

She gave me a light smile and said," Hi."

I sat on the bed and held her hand. She gasped.

"Mate." I heard her whisper.

I chuckled and she looked at me.

"You knew?" she asked.

I nodded.

"How long have I been out?" she asked.

"Only three days."

I saw her look down at our hands, still together.

"Your welcome. And anyway, what happened?"

She looked away and I saw her tear up.

"Hey, hey," I said.

I held her in my arms and rocked her back and forth.

"I'm sorry. You don't have to tell me."

She sniffled and looked up at me.
