Dressed in black and like she's ready to kill, Casey looks like a total badass on the outside. Inside she's a shy, insecure girl with strong opinions who fools the eye. She get pushed into trying out for the schools play by her so called "encouraging" friends. That's when she meets her opposite. A sweet, confident blond haired boy with blue eyes. Being opposites working together will be hard for them. As the director's anger escalates and forces them to work together outside the theater they start to get closer and Casey's not too fond of it.

After so many walls are torn down, Grayson is no where to be found...
When he appears months later, will Casey still be the same person she was?

"Grayson, what are you doing?" I asked, slowly, walking into his house. He was sitting on a bar stool in the kitchen, facing the view of the city lights. Grayson was surrounded by open bottles of beers and alcohol. When he turned around, I did what most people wouldn't do, I looked directly into his eyes. His eyes were like a book, telling a story to ones who dared to look at them. Hurt, confusion, and sadness written all over his drooping, bloodshot eyes. He didn't answer me, making me step closer to him, "You okay?" I asked. "Yeah," he whispered with the rare smile I've seen only a few times through the time I've known him. Though this one is different. It was depressing. "No, you're not." He sighed. He didn't say anything back, but we both knew what he was going to say. He knew what he was feeling right now, even though he wasn't sober. He knew. "I wanna fix you." I whispered, shocking myself. His smile vanished, almost immediately. He looked away from me, his eyes back to the city lights, "Me too."He whispered. *•*•*•* Stereotypes shape today's society, especially with Grayson Watts. He's the schools bad boy, making girls go all over him, but I, Bailey Winters, or so I thought. I'm the girl that's usually too busy reading and doing homework than to go out and stalk guys. Somehow, Grayson and I cross paths and something about me made us become close enough to be called, 'friends.' With our new found friendship, I learned that bad boys, too, could be broken. She escaped a house full of monsters... but she never stopped being hunted. I thought I escaped the worst of it. But some monsters don't stay in the past. After years of surviving in a house that only knew cruelty, sixteen year old Aven is sent to live with her grandparents in a secluded town hidden deep in the forest, gorgeous, quiet, and filled with people who act like nothing bad ever happens there. The kind of place only the rich can afford to live. The kind of place that almost feels like peace. Almost. She wanted a fresh start. A chance to breathe. What she didn't expect? Grayson. He's charming, brooding, and way too interested in her. The kind of boy girls fight over... and they do. But there's something off about him. Something he isn't saying. And her past comes crashing back, violent, messy, and impossible to outrun. Aven realizes her new life isn't just fragile. It's built on secrets. Love. Lies. Loyalty. Survival. Aven's never been safe. She's just been watched. And no matter how far she runs, the people she escaped from keep saying the same thing: "You'll always be mine." ***** Complete!!! I will be editing this book! So if some things don't add up... sorry.
