In an alternate story, it is nearing the fall of Gotham as the Joker is escorted to the Arkham Asylum for what seems like the last time. There he meets the devilishly beautiful Hellion by the name of Harley Quinn. Joker is able to break free from his padded cell, and upon a strong instinct, takes Harley with him toward his abandoned mansion overlooking Arkham City. Thus begins a twisted and wonderfully delicious story of death, power, an insane love, and the Fall of Batman, bringing Gotham down itself.
(Heavy Sexual content, many kinks are involved. Lots of gore and violence. This is a Fan-made story and not accurate to the real story, this is purely alternative.)

On and off again, my parents broke out of jail and returned home til I left home and my mom was sent to Belle Reve. I made a name for myself in the dark underground of Gotham at the age of eighteen making my parents proud of their psychotic little girl, all the scum and villains knew who I was then one day lead to me being caught by Batsy and his little bat family then shipped off to Arkham Asylum Prison where I'd find him! Years removed from the events of Arkham Origins, the institution known as Arkham Asylum is put back in place and for one night it'll be torn apart. Batman and Robin stop the Joker and take him back to Arkham where he belongs only that's what they thought. The Joker has a plan and our caped crusaders are in the wrong place at the wrong time.
