[OLD] Escaping the Friendzone (Various! Hetalia x Reader)
(School AU) (Y/n) (L/n) is a very smart young lady. She always gets good marks on her quizzes and tests. She's nice to everyone and tries to stay positive around her peers/friends/family. However, behind closed doors she tends to break down. She has an older sister with mental health issues and an older brother whom she used to confide in but he moved away and barely visited and talked to his family. This only made the girl's life worse. Her childhood friend and neighbor, Gilbert stopped talking to her as much when he started middle school, but she still hung out with Ludwig. Her mother was always stressed between being a single mom and dealing with her sister. So the girl used her studies and books as an escape method from the real world. Of course she had some friends, but not many really GOOD friends. NOTE: The reader has Situational Depression DISCLAIMER: I do not own Hetalia, the characters, art, or the au. I only own the plot and whatnot. And another issue is that there are a LOT of countries so I can't really do all of them, so the only characters falling for you will be: Francis Bonnefoy (France) Alfred F. The year is 2018 and planet Earth has given man kind everything that it has to offer, to the point that the planet is dying away. Most of the earth is in ruin which made all the leaders from all the nations meet together on a secret island for two weeks to come up and form a plan for man kind's survival, and so the United Space Administration or USA for short was form. For years the federal governments from all the nations on earth has been secretly investing and contributing with each other on space and military developments without the population of their countrymen knowing about what they ( the government ) was doing, and now the secrets might pay off now that every country on earth has no choice but to come together as one people. The USA ( not the United States ) has built four star ships in the past ten years at Space Station United in space a few hundred miles behind Space Station Freedom . Through the years moon bases have also been built on the moon, and now paper and coin currencies are completely gone. No one saw this coming, something like this happening is never planned by anyone, it was small at first, subtle warning's from the news then it hit hard within a couple hours, weeks. Pretty soon people were screaming, running from loved one's that caught a strange virus that was floating around for some reason that is still unknown a year later. Now everyone is fighting to be the last one standing as if it's a game, there are only a few people left in only a year, there's rumours about a cure going around but I know that's fake, nobody would be stupid enough to test if their immune. After their first failed attempt called operation Barbarossa , they took their time and held a meeting to solve and create a solid plan and strategy to overcome their mistake . The plan was terrifyingly successful leading for the Soviet Union to surrender and signed a treaty with the nazi Germany. On the Pacific , Japan empire struggled facing the allied forces , fortunately with the defeat of the allied forces in Europe . The morale of the allies soldiers greatly decreased thus resulting in defeat . Fascists Italy has made an improvement on their military techniques and weapons , causing for the invasion of Africa easier and successful . The war has ended . Next , comes the part that everyone hates ; to improve and fix the damages that has happened to their country . Facing the economic crisis and starvation , unemployment and crimes rate . Soviet Union was totally wrecked by third Reich , their military was reduced and replaced by the German's , German's bases was set up and new way of governing was created . Soviet was angered but accepted it in the end , there's nothing he could do . The united states and the great Britain was quiet , the other super power was unable to do anything . Europe has fallen into the grasp of Third Reich , Africa is in Fascist Italy hand and Japan empire controlled the southeast asian countries . They thrived . (Kinda toxic relationships , power couple. It was a normal nation meeting. They held one annually at least 3 times a year. However, this meeting ended up turning the world on their heads. Their parents, the ancients, who have long since passed on cannot stand to watch their children suffer. With this a plan is formed to help, even if only just a little. A messenger from the ancients arrive with a book and wishes of happiness for the nations. They're stuck with no way out, in a space where time is separated from reality. They only have one way to leave, and that is to read. Through this book the true personality of the nations shine through.
