       We all know the story from The Walking Dead about how an illness infected many and once they die are reborn once more. Soon, these things rapidly take over bits of the world. This leading the few that have survived to have to fight for survival. If you get bit or a scratch, you were marked to become one of these things, as we know from TWD as walkers.
  
       Instead of Atlanta, Georgia, the apocalypse is set in Los Angeles. Where once Angels resided, now, infested with the walking dead. 
  
       Within those thousands of people in the city, Octavia Nolan is starting out her second year in training to be a qualified nurse. She is just a normal teenager that had to toughen up fast in order to survive the infested city. What happens to her, and who does she meet along the way?
