Violet McMarcs and Fairer Knighte died in a drunk car accident on April 28th, 2007. Now they're stuck in an in-between of sorts, called Second Chance. Second Chance is a place where the dead go to make up for what they didn't finish on earth; when their 'life plan' was never completed or they committed a bad deed that they never asked forgiveness for. Now they're 'serving' God as angels, miracle-workers, secret miracle AGENTS, if you must. They must follow all of the rules...and not be seen by the ones they once knew. Violet and Fairer explore the earth during their post-death and try to ignore the temptation to say goodbye to the ones they love. But then Violet is offered a second chance...as someone else. What happens when she meets a boy, only to find out that he, too, is an Angel? And that she can still visit the after-life at will? Or to be forced there...
