[EDIT 1] My work is currently undergoing some revisions. I wrote this 5 years ago, and needless to say, some of the dialogue, scenes, wording, and overall feel is quite childish. Not all of it, but some of it. I've decided to revisit my original first story and make it better. The story is definitely much more mature now, and I think everyone will enjoy it better now that the tone has changed to fit the  melancholy nature of my story. Thanks in advance.

Entire chapters are changed, the dilemma, the songs, the interactions, and even the deaths have all been made, in my mind, better. I really wanted to make this a thriller, but I also wanted mature elements in here, and I definitely didn't want you guys to read anything cringey. So, this is the final director's cut of my novel.
