After losing her older brother in a tragic accident, 8 year old Victoria Kelly didn't think life could get any worse. Year after year, a string of unfortunate experiences such as kidnappings and raping, prove her to be dreadfully wrong.

Thrown from family to family, she grows up as reality's very own Cinderella doll, obediently following orders as she's told. With her new foster family and a new start in middle school, Tori simply endures the abuse from her peers without a word to them or adults. It seems she was used to being like a robot, shutting away all emotions and putting others needs before hers, even if she was forced to.

Everything changes when a new student shows up and decides to defend the helpless girl, taking on the self-assigned task of protecting her. He finds himself strangely drawn to her and though he is a bit broken himself, he's determined to help Victoria heal and bring out her real voice. Before she breaks completely, will he be able to guide her to find herself?
