Injection

Sometimes, he found himself thinking back to his life before he got his illness. It was hard to imagine that part of his life; he could hardly remember what it was like not to worry about doctor’s appointments or therapy sessions. Not to talk about countless hours spent leaning over a porcelain bowl emptying the contents of his stomach, or waking up with a really bad nosebleed, or sleepless nights caused by the pain he sometimes felt just by laying still in bed. Frank could never decide if he felt better before or after he finally got an answer to what was wrong with him. He remembered that day clearly.
