i wrote this story more than a year ago, which is strange to say because i remember the exact spot i sat in as i frantically wrote line after line. i loved writing. the feeling thrilled me. it was my first story, a story that i now cringe at. but it's good to leave stuff in the past; to look back on, like i am now, and like I will next year.
i have to start writing again because i remember the feeling it gives me.
