This is a story about James David Carter. He lives in a pretty populated area, but not enough to be known nation-wide. He was born not too far away from where he resides now, but he doesn't feel a lot of emotional ties to his birthplace. Don't let this confuse you. He's a very deep soul, and at times feels emotional ties that have almost nothing to do with him or others he knows.
