The House on Lane Avenue

There's an abandoned manor at the corner of Lane Avenue. Nobody's lived in there, but everybody's certain it's haunted. Weird noises come from inside. A screaming noise is heard on June 10th, every year. People have dared to try and spend a night in there, but no one has left.
When known Jack Smith and his daughter, Madeline, a thirteen year old with a special gift, are sent in to explore, they find a history to the godforsaken place that's terrifying beyond anything else.
