Jane is a junior in high school. Things were going okay until she met Ricky, the school bad boy. They fall in love and are at the climax of their relationship when Ricky is forced to go to military school. Once he leaves, everyone wants a piece of Jane, and she begins to realize she needs someone for protection since Ricky isn't there. Then she meets Heath, a smart and geeky yet handsome junior.
