While the majority of her graduating class are fortunate enough to go off to a university elsewhere, Norah Stratton is stuck in her home town, living with her recently divorced mother, and next door to her lifelong nemesis, Asher Tremaine. Just like the rest of this town, he will never change, or so Norah thought. As she dwells on the memories from her past, she begins to look at them in a different way. She used to think that she had everything in this small town figured out, Asher included, but she quickly realizes that things are never what they seem.
I realize it's been ages since I've updated this and I apologize. Basically I'm going to wait until I finish the entire story and then just upload the entire thing on here. Mainly because I often find myself going back and fixing errors that I find, or tweaking other things, so it just makes sense that I save myself the trouble, and all of you the confusion, and just do it this way.

An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. I sit down on my bike looking around the school parking lot. Listening to music, I stand up begin to walk through the student-less parking lot. Honestly, it's not like I meant to be late. I look at all the men in the group who had their jaws dropped, all except for one, "Touch me one more time, and I'll brake your arm in two." I stand and kick his back so he falls on the concert. "Anyone else?" they stare at me blankly. "Didn't think so." When fuck boy tries to get up, I take my foot and slam him back down. Looking back at the boys, I say, "Later boys."
