Twins, Oliver Queen and Alisha Queen go on a boat trip with their dad. On the way the boats sinks, and Oli and Ali find them selves on an island. They are stuck there for 5 years, but then a miracles happens, and they make it back home. In the last minutes of their fathers life, he tells them things, and they make him a promise. Once their home, they start doing their promise. They fight in secret for their city; Starling City. On the way, they meet 'old friends' and learn things they never thought possible. They become; The Arrow(Oli) and The Thrower(Ali)
