Talia Smith is a young girl living in Hollow Oak, a rain town where the only exciting news is when a sport team wins a game, which is rarely ever. Her parents own a medium-sized shop on the main street in town. It sells all the essentials: books, grocery and food items, and the rarely busy coffee shop. Talia was just a normal girl, already graduating school and having a job by fourteen, but when a diary she finds cleaning up one day sends her on a quest , Talia finds herself taking risk she, the shy, short girl never would have taken before. Will she complete her task? Or will she fall in love with the enemy?
