Dawn is your perfect girl. Top marks, athletics star and attending one of the most prestige schools in America. Life could not get any better. But, her life isn't as easy as others would think. She's not adopted as she has her real parents surnames, but she has never met them. The people who look after her stay at home all the time, so where do they get all their money from. They don't work, and they don't really look after her at all. She knows her real parents are alive, so why don't they come and get her? I mean her 'guardians' don't seem to care about her anymore, they forgot her birthday 2 years in a row. But, she knows she should always see the light in the dark, and keeps a smile on her face. Along with her 16th birthday in a few days time comes a drastic turn in her life.
