This is my second story and it started off as an English assignment but I quite liked the plot and thought I should keep writing it so here goes.
The story is about a boy named James who lives in a place called Catanova where everybody is subjected to arranged marriages. Basically when they are born they are implanted with a chip in there mind and paired with somebody of the opposite sex and they have to marry when they turn 16. He's paired with Lucy but we'll see where the story takes us.
There's a bit more to it but I think it'll be easier to just let the story unfold.
Again it's only my second story so don't judge.

And Chloe doesn't quite remember when that sibling love she felt for him had turned into a love that was sinful and forbidden to the eyes of many. As they were growing up, the two had started growing apart especially after Ace had read an entry on her diary about her feelings for him. But as life gets tougher and as they get older and start understanding and learning more of the world, will they be able to find the right type of love? Will they ever go back to how they were before or will they become more apart? None of them are prepared for the wars they'll fight through, or even the truth. This is the first book I ever ever wrote, so it's a little rough. Consider it non-canon. This takes place well after the Silent Veil, at the end of ACT 1 for the overarching plot. This contains spoilers basically, but most of those plot points have changed anyways since this book was written. There are also themes I don't exactly align with anymore.
