Fragments of Forever ⋆ The Mikaelsons
For a thousand years they roamed the Earth. And for a thousand years they thought of her. Because how could you forget the one person who brought light even into the most dreadful of times? The one person who seemed to be intertwined with their very beings? How could you forget the person you blame yourself for dying? How could you forget the person your own schemes had killed? How could you forget the person who died for your secrets? How could you forget the person who died because you wouldn't leave her? How could you forget the person you've only ever loved from afar? And how could you forget the person who was continuously there? They would lose her, grieve and miss her for centuries... And then she'd be there again. Coming to the one who needed her most. Becoming a solace and becoming home. Only to be lost all over again. The Mikaelson couldn't forget her. But Jane Harmon could. It was an odd thing, thinking that one might forget themselves. But that was what happened. That was how it went every time. And each time she did not realize it until she found them again. Because that was what her soul seemed most intent on. Finding them. Like it was searching for pieces of herself that had been scattered throughout space and time. Never to be complete again. Until now... Until this life... The one which would be her last. ----- The Vampire Diaries [Season 2+] The Mikaelson siblings / OC AU elements at certain points
The Rose Necklace
A "Beauty and the Beast" retelling. Once upon a time, there was a boy in love with a Lilly. Not a flower, but a girl. It all started one beautiful autumn day. One autumn day that would change the boy's life forever. For on this day, he met Lilly, a beautiful girl with an ugly secret. A secret that threatens to destroy her if she cannot find a way to break the curse forced upon her. Filled with secrets, lies, and love, this short story captures the essence of the original fairy tale with an entirely new twist. ~~~ "Hello, my name is Lilly. What's yours? Is that your mother? I only just came to live here with Ivy, and I don't know many people that come to visit her yet. Do you come often? If you do, we could be friends! Would you like that? To be friends? Why, don't you speak at all? And you should really close your mouth; it is impolite to stare like that." Ivy called out to her from the doorway of the cottage. "Lilly, if you want him to speak, you must first cease speaking." Both of the women were laughing at the children, and Lilly blushed at the comment. "Sorry! I just haven't seen anyone my age yet, and I got excited, which happens rather easily. It reminds me a bit of puppies I've read about that just get so excited that they- oops. I'm doing it again. Sorry," she said with a shy smile. Adam, who had been standing there staring, just as she had pointed out, finally found his voice long enough to tell her his name. She beamed at him, saying that they would be great friends. She seized his hand and began tugging him toward the woods behind the cottage, shouting to Ivy and his mother, "We won't go far! Be back soon!" ~~~Complete

I bit my tongue, regretting that remark. "The other girls can't possibly compare to my pretty girl." He ignores the question, his eyes scanning my face for any signs of a reaction to his charm. "My lovely.." He pulled my arm towards him. I felt a slow kiss on the back of my hand. "Sweet.." then another on the other hand. "-golden heart girl." He looked up through his eyelashes. I stay silent as I looked around the room, avoiding eye contact. He placed his free hand on my waist, the other still holding my hand. "Shall I call them over while I have you bent over this bed?" He says planting a kiss on my stomach, going lower each time. I run my free hand through the back of his hair, gently pulling his head back slightly, forcing him to look back up at me. He had a dangerously evil smile on. I knew my cheeks were going red, I pushed him away and rushed towards the the door. "You always do this." I mumble quietly, trying to catch my breath which I lost in the heat of the moment. "Would you be lying to me if you said you didn't like it?" He replied, walking over to me. I kept my mouth shut. ~ ~ ~ Most confusing Love V/ triangle trope you'll ever find¡¡ Sequels out!¡ !!Inspiration from Nikkireadw!!Complete

I could still feel them near me, like shadows in the night; chilling my blood and warming my desire at the same time. Will they kill me or love me? Only time will tell. __________________________________________________________ [Chapter updates will be weekly, unless posted otherwise.] [18+, some mature content/themes, sex, swearing.] [Sexual themed chapters will be labelled with a disclaimer, and have been written in a way that you can skip these scenes if you prefer.] Spotify Playlist for this novel: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/7f2hgU7D18fqvmzfkZcRub?si=a1e05cb8c39f4608 *** This work is completely created and written by me, and in no means can be copied, saved or re-posted to other sites, or used for personal use without my permission. *** Rankings -#5 beloved - December 2023
