Ethan Brooks is an easy going 17 year old junior in high school who just moved to sunny Florida.  He's very passionate about things he cares about, like Track, his school, and a mysterious girl he meets. Ethan, who is very determined to get to know the girl, later find's out that she's a danger to herself-- and to others. He tries hard to save her before it's too late, and discovers what it's like to be trapped in your own mind. "Come to my house this weekend." "No," She said. "Why not?" "Because River said so" _______________________________ Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder characterized by delusions, hallucinations, incoherence and physical agitation; it is classified as a "thought" disorder while Bipolar Disorder is a "mood" disorder. cover by: @mindsets

Alexander Jones was 17 when things started going wrong. Then the trigger event happened. Now Alex is almost 20 and he's definitely still dealing with the fallout of what happens when psychosis ruins your life. And what's the point of getting better, when nothing will ever be the same again? What's the point of getting better if he can't even tell the difference between what's real and what's fake? What's the point of getting better when he was a perfect glass child and the official schizophrenia diagnosis came just a smidge too late? *TW for gun violence involving minors, suicide, self harm, trauma, psychosis, medical abuse, substance use*
