16 year old Rachel Conway and her family go into their underground bomb shelter striving to survive the apocalypse. Now that her brother died, her father went insane and her mother came down with a deadly illness Rachel decides to go outside to try and find some water. Unfortunately  the Nuke that bombed her world left radioactive juices all over the place. When Rachel finds some water with those juices all around it she decides to take that risk and bring it back to family. Rachel wakes up 60 years later to find that she is now in the year 2075 and the population is slowly  growing and the civilization is striving. She finds that people are afraid of her and she found a mirror to find that she now had green streaks in her hair and her eyes now glowed green and she hadn't aged a bit since the apocalypse. Rachel is Radioactive.

Once the alpha steps down and his son becomes alpha, the command keeping her there will be null and void. Plus with everyone distracted it will be the perfect time to escape. She just has to hope she can make it until then and that she doesn't meet her mate. If she does and he rejects her, all he'll will break loose because that will be the start of it all. Will she be able to survive until her powers fully show themselves and she takes her rightful place or will she be found and extinguished before that can happen?

They planned a mass attack on the U.S. on July 2, 2076, Americas 300th birthday. On that day, they assassinated the president and began bombing in New York. Unfortunately, Chaos only had about 200 soldiers so they came up with a technology to implant a chip in the nervous system and essentially control them. So basically, each solider could make a civilian a soldier and the civilian would be forced to fight and make soldiers of their own. The whole operation snowballed and everything went according to plan. Unlike in other stories, there is no hope and the only way to survive is though the CPO (citizen protection organization), created by Benjamin Franklin. It's a system of secret subway tunnels, used to evacuate civilians to safely. Out story begins on July 2, 2076 when the first bomb drops. Madalyn Grace and her friends are caught in this apocalypse and must find away to leave.
