Sadira finds herself sitting on the rooftop thinking about her beloved Kai. They had met 83 years ago, falling madly in love with each other. After being separated by fate, they are finally reunited and the feelings are stronger than ever. This is a "one-shot" story. It will not have a continuation to it. Note: I am not an amazing writer. Fact is, I don't really write at all but have gotten the inspiration to recently. I like writing down my thoughts. So, please don't be harsh! Also, these are my original characters. Purely fictional and made up in my head. I'll put a link to their bios here so you can get a better picture of them. Characters: http://odmience.tumblr.com/characters Well, enjoy!

Serena

It's 1737 when Serena arrives at Adela's Academy and she won't be allowed to leave for twenty years. Read about the chapter in her life that changed her forever. "Serena." I stopped swimming. "Serena." I looked down into the water and my heart leapt with joy at the sight of my beloved, one true love Kai. It was him, down to his deep brown eyes and wavy hair floating about his head. "Kai." Bubbles escaped my mouth as I reached out to him. My hand moved past his and his image faded away. "No!" I screamed at the water. My throat constricted as I realised i had let out all the air in my lungs. I sucked in and water painfully filled my lungs. I panicked. My arms failed and my black skirt lifted in the water so it blotted out all the light. I was going to die, and nobody would care. Fair is foul, and foul is fair. The witch's quote emerged from the recesses of my fading min. My limbs went numb. Everything is reversed, fair is foul, and foul is f-the darkness curled its black fist around the end of the noose looping my neck...and pulled.
