Andrew Purdy is said to follow in his drug lord fathers footsteps. Everyone knew it. The only one with faith in him was his mom, Hazel Greyson. His mom was the only one to show love for his father. 
Andrew had a monster in him he didn't know how to let out. He drowned out the world with energy drinks and music, the euphoric rush of drugs, sex, and rock and roll. Until a stormy night his dad shows up before he has to flee the city. He dumped a teenage girl and $5000 on their porch and left. Hazel knew it was going to happen. But as always Andrew was left out. 
The girl, Damien had a similar anger and rage. Andrew feels invaded. His safe haven, his mom, being trespassed by her. Then his mom disappears. Andy must learn to work with her, or his mother will never come back. His last chance to save his future was held with her. His one last chance.
