Same story, same plot as the first book of the Will You Remember Me Though? Series. This is rewritten book because I was reading the original one and I noticed that my brain back then (two years ago) has changed a lot when it comes to writing (or typing) stories. It is still the same story but more detailed and possibly more interesting. There might be some new scenes, longer chapters or actually more chapters than the original. Still the same main story line! 

Vexi was just a five year old when she left her home island, Berk. The reason of leaving wasn't because of the unstoppable cold weather or the cold sea... It was because of the dragons. Vexi's parents were against of the murder of dragons even though people died because of them every year. If you are wondering what type of name is Vexi? Well Victoria is her real name... She got it when she was three and her friends could barely say her full name. She had to leave Berk with her parents and leave her amazing friends, Astrid, Hiccup, and Ruffnut. She missed them badly even though she was so young when she left them. When she turned 16 she was happy to hear that her and her family where going back to Berk. Basically; How to Train Your Dragon but with a female lead. Hiccup is now a young woman named Hicca. This has been classified as Mature just incase. I don't particularly believe it to be, but I'd rather cover myself then not. This book covers the entirety of the first movie closely following the original script and plot. Of course because this is a fan fiction and a re-write, I have also taken creative liberty with the writing. I have added my own characters, obviously changed Hiccup's gender and name, given Hicca a new love interest and, yes, dragons can talk. The first chapter of this story will be both a massive disclaimer for the story along with some miscellaneous information. That information will act as a short summary.

He could not kill it, he wouldn't kill it knowing himself having one of them as his own, never the less, he was afraid of losing his only best friend, Toothless. He would never trust and look at him the same way. So he decided to take matters into his on hands by running away or flying away from berk, not the best move but knowing he was know as the village runt or the Chief's screwup and would always get beat up for no valid reasons by his cousin and his friends, sure he pass every training with a prefect score but he still did not get the respect that he deserve from the villagers. If he so tried to convince them. No one would listen to him. Not even his own father. But he wasn't running away with just Toothless but with Astrid as well. After their romantic flied which also change her view on dragons, and their discovery of the red death, Hiccup was still planning to run away even though he have just finally friended an actual human, he decided to tell her so he don't have to let her worry about him leaving without a word in the next day. When he finish telling her his plan and surprisingly to hiccup and even Toothless she beg to come with and she also told him her reason. Turns out Astrid Hofferson was abused and pressured by her own family. She have enough of it, Hiccup didn't really have yes as his first nor second choice but she beg him until he gave up and let her tag along. What would happen to them?, will this new path that choose was path to a bright future?,will something spark between them? (Obviously). What would the village have to say about this? You were tired of it always being her so you left. If that doesn't make sense why your parents didn't like you, lets just say you were a disgrace to the Hofferson name. Yea not good when your name is known for being strong. You only had one friend, Hiccup, soo you were sure it wouldn't affect a lot of people. You all were never thought to be friends. You never looked alike. You had no similarities. When you left, sadly you were found on the ship and was thrown of at an island. Hey at least they didn't throw you in water am I right. Anyways, once you got too the island you soon ran into a beautiful black scaled dragon, but it wasn't a regular dragon, it could change colors, sizes, and has fire breath to heal. Pretty cool right, well that's not nearly as cool as it being the offspring of a night fury and a mood dragon. Its known as a Color Fury. Your dragons name is (D/n). One day, you and (D/n) left your 'home' and flew off to find a village. With only a homemade satchel, a homemade book of dragons, a journal, and a sketch book, (y/n) and (d/n) took off into the night to arrive on Berk the next morning. Night Rider - A httyd and Hiccstrid book. -Astrid's pov- 8 years. That's how long it has been. 8 lonely, cold, devastating years of my life that I will never get back. Every night I dream the same dream - every night the same day returns to haunt me over and over. That day dramatically changed my life for the worst. Why did that day happen? Everyone learnt to leave me in peace in the morning. Everyone knew my deepest, darkest secret that changed people's opinions of me forever. Everyone knew my arch enemy, but only 2 people know why he is my arch enemy. My friends still talk to me, just not in the same way as they used to - it's almost as if they are scared of me, or don't want to be associated with me. One day I want this to change. One day I want my life to turn around. One day I will truely be me again. One day I will be happy. One day I will be free. I cannot see that day in the forseeable future, but I know it will come, and I know somehow it is connected to my enemy. *I know that it is an over-used story line but I tried to spice it up a little. Kinda like how you may always eat a Chicken Masala and then you try a Vindaloo - they're both food and both curries but one is different from the other* There are extra chapters at the end containing side-stories of this book. It will make more sense when you read the chapter titled: 'The little boat' near the end of the book, but the actual story is 60 chapters long.
