Kai lived normally in the kingdom of Azragon. He's a beggar and the city's favorite orphan. No one knows what's happened to his parents. He's met with a strange man that appears for Kai right after the orphanage burns to the ground. Sophia is the daughter of one of the richest men in Azragon. Though you may not think so if you meet her. She barely gets enough to eat and the cheapest clothes money can buy. Fate brings the two together as they learn that they are magi. Wielders of Magic. Mages are rare people whom use magika to utilize spells and control elements. Though fire is not one of those. Only one has the power to wield fire. The Dragon Mage. There has not been one for centuries. With the kingdom on the verge of war, a Dragon Mage is needed now more than ever to save two kingdoms. Maybe even the world.

The fire elves are a very old species, dating back to the time of The Great War, centuries ago. Elves are distant descendants of the Goddess of Elements, The First Elf. Elves are very rare, as all elves went into hiding after the Great War between the gods centuries ago. Occasionally and elf would leave home and into the world, but no fire elf has ever left their home and had children living on the mainland so there are no fire elementals. Fire elves have a bond with the dragons who's volcanoes and islands they shared, a bond that would last generations. In the current day, there is one tribe remaining: the Ryoko Tribe. The name meant "woman who is like the dragon," a fitting name for a tribe led by a head woman. This woman was lady Hyria Tatsu, the eldest of the tribe. Her apprentice goes by the name of Mina Ryoto. Star and Moon, two dragonets, would only bond with Mina. None of the other children were able to bond with the two dragonets. This was one of the reasons Hyria had chosen Mina. Only those of great legends could bond with two beasts. It would be a hard road for her, but being this special could turn out for the best. The world might depend on her one day.
