Joe Simmonds didn't ask to see spirits. It doesn't help that a teenage ghost called Georgia turns up, claiming to be the aunt he didn't know he had - and that she was murdered.
Add in a vengeful dead grandfather, an unscrupulous spirit trader and a couple of nasty murders, and Joe has a hard time just staying alive, as he learns what Rare Sight is, and how to use it.

Oliver Marshall is a struggling young artist stuck in his grandfather’s home town of Atlanta, Georgia, studying at Westwood University for pre-med against his will. While not only being forced to go to a college he doesn't want to attend, he must work almost everyday to pay off his college loans and attend private art classes. He struggles day in and day out to draw one of his favorite trees within the small town he lives in for an art class. The famous weeping willow tree at Crest Lawn Memorial Park haunts his every stroke of his pencil. Whilst drawing on a hot summer’s day at Crest Lawn, he meets a girl who forever changes his life. With everyday that passes, Oliver struggles to get a grip on reality that something is off about this girl. Really off. **Cover picture is not mine. Credit goes to whomever this picture belongs to.
