The year is 2019. In a post-apocalyptic world where the Better Living Industries, an evil corporation intending to erase all feelings from the civilians, took the power; a little group of four rebels still hides in the desert. There is Party Poison, the fearless leader, Kobra Kid, his mysterious mute brother, Fun Ghoul, the mentally unstable prankster, Jet Star, the brain, and there's their friends from the rebel radio team: Doctor Death Defying, DJ Hot CHimp, Agent Cherri Cola and Tommy Chow Mein. Together they are the fabulous killjoys, and they want to save the world.

I wrote this as an outlet and a while ago but it's been heavily updated since. I was in a bad headspace when I originally wrote this and it wasn't good whatsoever. Not saying it is now, but I made adjustments YEARS later and also posted this to AO3. Description: This is Killjoy oc (cover pic) story basically. I'm not a writer so sorry if this grammatically AWFUL. As I stated, it was just an outlet but years later I decided to put it here too. Also none of this is accurate Fab Four wise, so don't hate me.

Whether that means providing jobs, providing medication, or providing a team of specially-trained superheroes to watch over you, rest assured that Better Living Industries has your best interests at heart. That's what they tell everyone, anyway, but you don't have to look very far to see the truth behind the lies. BL/ind's army of "superheroes" is just as corrupt as the rest of the company. Party Poison and Kobra Kid managed to get out of the city before BL/ind could be made aware of their powers, before they could be forced to join the superheroes in their torment of civilians. Fun Ghoul was taken from the city before he could even make a choice one way or the other. And Jet Star? Well, Jet Star wasn't so lucky.
