"I hate the one I should love."

***

Matahari Lopez has been dreaming of the day of her 18th birthday, typical for most teen werewolves. Their 18th birthday marks the day where they will have their first change in front of their whole pack. Most importantly, though, it's also the first day where they can find their mate. However, Matahari is excited for a completely different reason. She plans to find her mate as fast as possible so she may finally leave her pack, the Whitespot, one of the biggest and most powerful pack in all of America. So why, may you wonder, would she want to leave her pack? The answer is simple. His name is Sebastian Willow, her childhood nemesis. What makes things worse is that he's the future Alpha of the pack.

With a unexpected curse, new friendships and lies, Matahari is about to learn how fate can mess up anyone's dreams.

She has to infiltrate in Silver Moon, a rival pack they are at war with. Gladly she takes on this mission, all that's on her mind is killing alpha Nathan and taking revenge for her parent's death. Little does she know that destiny has other plans for her. She finds her so called mate in Silver Moon, only problem is she doesn't recognize him. She's still seventeen and werewolves are only able to recognize their significant other when they turn eighteen. Jennifer is confused, not knowing if she should believe him. Knowing she can’t let this development stop her, she continues on with her mission. Though she finds herself warming up to her supposed-to-be mate. Will she be able to hurt his loved-one’s? When he finds out about her true intentions, will he still want her? Or will her story be one without a happily ever after? And is taking revenge and gaining her freedom worth the risk of a lifetime full of misery that comes with being rejected by your true mate?
