Naveah Taylor is average high school girl. She can handle herself and is normally put together. She isn't very popular but she isn't a complete loser. She's content with her group of 3-4 friends and her best friend of 5 years now, Andrea. She try's to make it through high school very casually. Just go to school, dance, do what she has to do and not be noticed. However, her smiles aren't all they seem to be. She's dealing with a rough past but is trying her best not to dwell on it. She is pretty good at bottling up her feelings.

Zak Montgomery is your stereotypical school "bad-boy" and high school player. But there is more to him and than what meets the eye. He is a very closed off person and keeps his true feelings down low. He never lets anyone in beside his two best friends, Jake Hendricks and Nick Anderson.
