Nia (knee-uh) and Tesa (Teh-suh) are best friends. Their moms were close in junior high, high schools, and college. So their moms were still close friends when the girls were born, so they grew up together. 
They finally realize in high school something about their friendship is different from what it was. It changed more and more as the weeks went on. They started growing apart until they finally confessed to one another, and their parents. well one of them did.
