Its been ten years since Renesmee was born, the gathering in the clearing, Jacob imprinted on Nessy and since Bella became a vampire. A lot of things have happened in the past decade but at the start of another 10 years since these life changing events took place Leah narrates her story, the story of when she imprints.
Breaking Dawn came out in august 2008 so this story takes around the year 2018-19
